Goabaone Mosheleketi goes back-to-back in the NAIA Triple Jump. He now owns three national titles -- the 2017 and 2018 triple jump and the 2018 long jump. And oh by way, he was named MVP at the national championships.

Kevin Hallmon finishes 1st in the men’s 200 meter prelims with a time of 20.71, advancing into the finals on Saturday.

Safia Bright finished in 2nd place in the women’s 200m prelims with time of 23.79, advancing her to the finals Saturday.

Cameron Murphy placed 27th in the men’s 400m hurdles with a time of 55.94.

Alexia DeHaven-Boyd finishes 8th place in the prelims of 400m hurdles with time of 1:01.77, advancing her into the finals Saturday.

The men’s 4x100 meter relay finishes in 7th place in prelims with a time of 41.36, moving them to the finals on Saturday.

The women’s 4x100 meter relay finished in 14th place with a time of 47.99 in the prelims.

Paige Pettell finishes 29th in the women’s hammer throw with a toss of 45.68m.

Paige Pettell will start the day off for the Blue Raiders with the women’s hammer throw at 10am.

Christian Whitehead finished 3rd in the men’s 400m dash with a time of 49.53 seconds.

Jaylyn McMurry won the men’s 400m dash with a time of 48.64 seconds.

Paige Pettel not only won the Women’s Hammer Throw today, but also hit A - standard and smashed the meet record with a toss of 50.49m.

The Mid-South Conference Championships has completed Day 1 of competition.
