@mattatronics It is sickening. I bought a Mega Drive, Mega CD (MK1) and over 60 games for my brother from someone I worked with for 50 quid as his lad a PS. Yeah...I wish I still had that haul.

@LawrenceMail The prices shot up sharply all of a sudden. Nobody could see what happened coming at the time! I traded an N64 with about 15 games for £40ish at GameStation way back when. Sickening 😂

Being a bit of a hoarder when it comes to games, every so often I go looking through boxes to find something in particular and discover so many things I had forgotten about 🤣 Found some absolute bangers in this one! #PlayStation #GameCube #RETROGAMING

@mattatronics She said, £35. I have another one - you can have both for £60. The other was a mint Victor JP Saturn. It was like some surreal experience . Found a boxed Amstrad GX4000 with sev. games - not my thing. Paid a fiver re-sold for around 400 - all Spanish bids.

@mattatronics I placed that cart on eBay and got 70 for it! Went back to GS and it had gone. Had some insane finds over the years. Recall once, mile long CB and nothing. Two stores away from end...I spot a mint boxed JP Sega Saturn MK2.

@mattatronics You know what's worse? This was cart only. So on the way back, nipped in to Gamestation. They had the boxed copy for £2.00 and I thought - ah well that's worth next to nothing. Probably shouldn't have parted with 50p. I didn't really follow the MD scene at the time. 😭

@LawrenceMail That is an insane deal! Yeah, the stray spiders and cobwebs can put a dampener on the finds but it’s all part of the experience

@mattatronics Yeah - except with moths, spiders and an old shoe! 😅 We're planning to sort the shed out so when that happens this summer will have a root through. Be interesting to see what I picked up. Had some CB gems over the years. Alien Solider for 50p was a notable find.

@LawrenceMail This was my MVS on the 32 inch Samsung. No scanlines or anything, no tweaks.(It's currently being repaired as the sound chip is fucked). So I didn't have a chance to do anything else. But when I get it back, I'm gonna make it look amazing

Grabbed an IGS PGM 2 with a copy of Knights of Valour 2: New Legend! As with the first, it is a very decent beat em up and even has a boss battle mode! This is an enhanced version over the original KoV 2 on the IGS PGM. #IGSPGM #Arcade #RETROGAMING

@mattatronics 🤣 Yeah I'd almost certainly give the PCB that toasted look! Something I'll have to look in to one day. The wishlist is long....

@LawrenceMail They all want 5v ideally but it has a potentiometer so you can dial it back if it is set too high or too low. You can notice issues if too high or low, I try and keep it at around 5.05v or as close as I can. Any more than 5.15v is a bit spicy 😂

@mattatronics Daft question - how do you know what voltage to dial in on the JAMMA board? Do you start off at say 5v and work up until it boots? Or do the boards literally say the voltage 🤣

@LawrenceMail It’s great honestly. Has all the ports I could need plus RGB SCART out which is ideal. Can use the USB ports for controllers or the SNK labeled DB15 ports. Control for voltage too which is great so you can dial it in
