@NorthmanTrader @scorpiotiger77 How hard is it to understand that his package is NOT about money! It’s about control of Tesla so he can continue to manage the resources, Optimus, and not be voted out by some woke a-holes!

@tmothergoddess The 8/7/19 tweet led to securities fraud charges. Even if that is no longer a problem, it is now too expensive. In 8/19 the cost at $420/share ($28 split adjusted) would have been $71 billion. Now TSLA market cap is $586 billion.

“Barra’s exorbitant salary is also a function of how low she can keep auto workers’ wages. Barra’s salary has increased 34 percent over the last four years, while in four years workers’ pay has only increased by 6 percent.” @newrepublic newrepublic.com/post/175598/gm…

CEO pay of the largest carmakers in the world. Honda: $2.3M Nissan $4.5M Toyota: $6.7M BMW: $5.6M Mercedes: $7.5M Porsche: $7.9M Ford: $21M Stellantis: $25M GM: $29M Folks, don't believe it for a second that US automakers can't afford to pay workers better wages.
