Quick question for Pythonistas: How (un)Pythonic is it to subclass built-in Python objects like str, list, and dict? class MyString(str): pass It is possible to do it, but there’s significantly more friction than there is in, say, Ruby, especially for further subclasses.

What’s the best service to deploy small Python web apps (e.g., Flask apps)? I was planning to use @Heroku for @LearnEnough Python (partially for consistency with the other Learn Enough tutorials) but I’m concerned about its plans to eliminate the free tier. Maybe @PythonAnywhere?
