@JonKrawczynski Maybe a reason rookies fail under Finch is that they can’t handle the mentality that Ant, Jaden, and Naz have? Finch tries to push rookies mentally and physically and I think the biggest thing Finch loves about rookies is having the mentality to take criticism and push through it
