Caleb just missed the biggest impact opportunity of his life by not discussing VA Disability fraud on Rogan.

People are genuinely whining that 22 year olds can’t afford average rent… average renter age is 40-42

@FinancialPhys Totally backwards. You think there’s a lender that would blink twice given it able to issue a loan when the underlying asset is worth 3x their loan?

Someone asked an interesting question: “Would a bank finance a house in a $500K-$600K neighborhood if the price came down to $175K where it should be?” Probably not, banks can’t allow prices to meet the market, they’d look for a way out of the deal

Reminder, rents tell you what you house is worth in reality. If you're only getting $2,000/mo rent, that's a $270k house.

Average rent is now $2,100 a month. Landlords want you earning triple that to qualify. Show me the 22 year old making $75K straight out of university. I'll wait

@TRizzyRoberts @imfat Subject is 22 newly graduated. Average rent includes all renters so is higher than what people who are just starting their careers can afford.

@LockInContracts @imfat why do you think a 22-year-old graduate shouldn’t be able to afford to rent an apartment? isn’t that the age where you’re supposed to get out into the real world and work on building your career in your early/mid 20’s and be able to own a house in your 40’s?
