Devin Haney is the fighter out of the “New 4 Kings” (Teofimo Lopez, Ryan Garcia , Tank Davis , Devin Haney) that has the best chance to beat Shakur Stevenson. He’s the only one that can match Shakur’s thinking, or come close to his thinking level. Ryan and Teo lack the smarts and adjustment skills to hang with Shakur. Just saw the lack of with Teo. Tank would be after Devin for me.
