Bring your favorite canine friend for a day of pampering with our students!

Spy Coast Farm is hosting a free community equine day. There will be craft, horse demos, a free lunch, and door prizes! Locust Trace's Equine Program will be there, so come on out!

Students in the level 3 equine science class had the opportunity to attend the Keeneland September Sale. We'd like to say thank you to Keeneland, Lane's End Farm, Darby Dan Farm, Taylor Made Farm, and Shawhan Place for speaking to our students about the sale!

Calling all future equine leaders!! Showcasing the variety of professions in the state's ever-expanding equine industry, the University of Kentucky is hosting its Equine Career and Opportunity Fair on Thursday, Sept 26 from 2-5 p.m. in the UK Gatton Student Center.

Save the Date! Please join us on October 12th for a fun day with the dogs. The students in our Pre-Veterinary Studies Program are fundraising for activities and field trips.

The Locust Trace Mum Sale is happening now. Orders and money due by September 3rd. Orders may be placed with a Locust Trace student or by emailing brian.craig@fayette.kyschools.us Mums should be in around September 18th, but time can vary.

Locust Trace has a student travel group that is separate from FCPS and is run by LTAC teachers. This summer a group of teachers took 44 students and parents all over Europe. If you are interested in traveling, visit lttravelers.weebly.com to learn about our upcoming trips.
