This is a major step forward in the fight against antisemitism. Today, FSWC along with other Jewish organizations welcomed the House of Commonsโ adoption of Bill C-9, strengthening tools to protect communities, combat hate crimes, and hold offenders accountable. While this is meaningful progress, more must be done. With antisemitism at crisis levels in Canada, weโre urging the Senate to pass Bill C-9 quickly and for all levels of government to take further action to ensure safety, security, and justice for Jewish communities.
