I'm in the process of falling back in love with God. I’ll be honest and I’ve been so angry lately & I don’t feel guilty about it because when he created me, he made these emotions. Grief has left me angry & confused. I’m praying for forgiveness & also for the ability to forgive.

The same way I feel about my physical health,I have to feel the same way about my mental health.Nobody can take peace away from me. It's mine.Nobody can take my joy. It's mine. It's my full responsibility to advocate for myself and do what I have to do to have peace on all levels

You don't owe them a response. You don't owe them a clap back. You don't owe them anything. Your silence is loud, baby. You don't have to say anything.

You have to allow God to be God and we have to stop trying to take his job away from him, because every time we try, we don't do anything but hurt ourselves a little bit more.

A lot of the reason why we're battling depression is we're comparing ourselves to other people. And if we were to log off and touch some grass, we wouldn't feel like that. Comparison is truly the thief of joy.

I deserve the good things that happens to me. Negativity has no place in my life. My struggles are just opportunities to learn. I will be assertive when I need to be. I have the tools I need to. In my life, my struggles are just opportunities to learn.

I am in control of my own actions. I overflow with creativity and good ideas. I did not get up today to just be average. I will excel. I am not my negative thoughts or emotions. I am increasing my prosperity every day. I am confident and strong. I deserve love. I am enough.
