Teachers want to see footage of entire lessons in AITSL illustrations of practice. @AAAECollaborate

How do we support early childhood educators, causal/relief and rural/remote educators to connect with mentor? AITSL updating My Induction mobile app to try to address this - ongoing relationships and supporting mentors with their practice. @AAAECollaborate

New work for AITSL currently being scoped out how to build cultural competency of Australian teachers. AFMLTA and Languages teachers have lots to contribute in this space! @AAAECollaborate @aitsl

What do you know as a teacher about understanding your impact on your students’ learning? Do you include student voice and empowerment in gauging impact? @AAAECollaborate @aitsl

What enables growth and what blocks it in student growth and learning? Once blockers are identified, what’s next in attending to them? @AAAECollaborate @aitsl

Formative assessment (where to go next with learning) - Proof of concept proposal, project management board set up, with reports back to AESOC. AITSL looking at e-asTTle from NZ e-asttle.tki.org.nz @AAAECollaborate @aitsl

3 focus areas emphasise that leaders should prioritise learning in their role; develop a depth of understanding of teacher needs at different stages of their careers; developing regional/remote leaders. @AAAECollaborate @aitsl
