This has to be the most retarded take oat. If you took a character from SF4 and gave them drive rush, they’d instantly become top tier which is EXACTLY what happens

Awww man, Imma hear it for this one. People who have an issue with Sagat have a fundamental problem with neutral (probably never played or was good SF4) and it shows. Sagat is literally SF4 Vanilla sagat without the Zoning.
