An investigator testified that shots were fired before Eatherly and Joshua Fox hit the ground, with a shell casing ejecting and a ricochet striking a concrete planter. Fox had not yet been hit when the first shots were fired. The judge cited Eatherly’s violent social media posts as a factor in revoking bond. He was out on bond from the Nashville cases when the Clarksville incident occurred. Eatherly remains held in Montgomery County on a $1 million bond for charges including attempted murder.
