The apparent hiring of San Dimas football coach Dylan O'Leary (still waiting for an official announcement from San Dimas) should be greeted with open arms. He is the son of another prominent area baseball coach (Tim O'Leary) and is one of the more gracious people you will run into. The big question is whether he will be able to connect with his team at such a level that they will play over their heads and be in the mix for a league title and a deep CIFSS runs. He is a breath of fresh air (many SD fans have said as much in their DMs), and it should be interesting to see how 2026 works out for SD. He's a bit late in getting the ball rolling, but he'll offer up no excuses and hit the ground running. It's an outstanding hire by San Dimas.
