If you can’t be bothered to turn up for work on time and your attitude stinks then don’t expect to get picked in the team before others who follow the rules it’s really quite that simple.

Seemingly unpopular opinion? but if a player is training without effort and turning up late, then yes he should be dropped. Regardless of skill. Standards have to be kept. Playing him despite a bad attitude and work ethic off the pitch will not help matters.
