Apparently Foreigners can come to America and have babies and they are considered US citizens via 14th amendment ratified in 1866. However this 14th amendment since 1866 didn't ever apply to native American babies. So if native Americans babies wanted to become citizens well shit out of luck until Calvin Coolidge signed the INDIAN CITIZENSHIP ACT in 1924. My point is very simple. If the 14th amendment applies to all babies born in america then why did it never apply to the native American babies ? It's almost as if the 14th amendment was always known to be for the freed slaves babies
