This Orioles team needs a lot of things, but one of the biggest is a true leadoff hitter—someone who sets the tone from the very first pitch. Brian Roberts was that guy. He was one of the few bright spots during the Orioles’ 14 consecutive losing seasons, consistently getting on base, creating havoc, and giving the lineup a spark. This team could really use a player like that again. #Birdland

This "story" led every hour of Fox45/Sinclair's evening news broadcast today. Not a single mention of the fact that as of today, Baltimore has seen the fewest number of homicides ever recorded. Can't let that get in the way of their "City in Crisis" narrative!

🚨 BREAKING: Homicides in Baltimore have now dropped to the lowest level in recorded history.

Amazing when you have a police chief that’s not there for the money and you have a prosecutor that’s actually prosecuting. You can’t give the mayor any credit. Because he wanted that Marilyn Mosby to be in office still. And that joke of a police chief that was before the guy they got now.
