It's genuinely frustrating that there hasn't been anything like the Mass Effect trilogy in all of these years since then. Most games also lack this exact type of world building that's closer to a good book than most games.

This game desperately needs a remake ala FF7R/Rebirth and it could easily become one of the all time greats. Tie all the external media (movies, online series) and DLC together, rewrite the main story and world to be more cohesive while adding more immersive side quests.
