Somebody in Pittsburgh has to explain to me the story behind these chocolate covered pretzels. Are they a local Yinzer delicacy? Every time I walk into a Giant Eagle in this city, I am greeted by these Sarris Chocolate Pretzels and I can never pass them by. So damn good.

Wake County school board approves $4.4 million plan to use local funds to pay school employees who missed the 2013 state cutoff to get extra pay for having a relevant master's or other higher degree. Pay raise goes into effect July 1. #wcpss #nced
