I think this is very stupid since NA region 9 out of 10 times will get an extremely unbalanced lobby. This is just the way the player base has found to ensure they aren't always playing unfair matches.

@Lord_Happym1x The support team does have strict limits on unbans, and anyone found to be abusing them will be blacklisted. Saying that, they are aware it's become a problem and will be imposing even stricter measures moving forward.
