Joined @0xAlphaGEMs through the mass invite link from the UDO community in 2022.
Imma say the first person I know from GEM is @Meivabelle, because there was a trend of licking Meiv's feet to get access to the main server. 😹
After 2 months in Gems-cave (waiting room), I finally made it in.
The rest is history.
Alpha Gem is now my forever home in web3. 💙

I must say this might look easy to build a trading bot like its just 1 week
But in reality its work of weeks, its most hard thing to build, 1000s of bugs, logical errors and still everyday u have to monitor new market conditions to see if ur logic is working perfectly

i built a scalper trading bot i gave it $500 to trade for me with 𝟏% 𝐨𝐟 𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 • 𝐦𝐚𝐱 𝐨𝐟 𝟒 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 • 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝟏𝟎 𝐭𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐧𝐬 goal is for it to make me money while im away from the screen, bot runs on a vps in 12 hours it has done 5% of its starting capital. not bad given the very strict rules i gave it. still tweaking and watching it run for the next one week before i increase capital and risk.

If you are a community founder I advise you to focus on these things to build a great community culture: 1. Set the bar high for collabs and wins. Excellence attracts excellence, mid attracts mid. 2. Acquiring members is easy. Keeping them is the real game. 3. Make it fun. No one sticks around a community that feels like a job. 4. Build it scalable & sustainable; hype dies, systems don't. 5. It has to be bigger than you. Not with your name. If it dies when you leave, you built a group chat, not a community. 6. Protect your culture violently; one toxic member costs you ten good ones. 7. Reward contributors, not grinders or chasers. 8. Create rituals, weekly calls, traditions, inside jokes. That's what makes people stay. 9. Your most loyal members are your best recruiters. Treat them like it. 10. If someone called Pucci wants to join, never invite him. Big mistake. 11. Be present. Communities feel when the founder checks out & read messages. 12. If someone's PFP is an anime girl, careful 3x. 13. Build systems, not dependency; if you disappear for a week, it should still run. 14. Give people roles and ownership. People fight for what they helped build. 15. Every community has that one guy who only shows up for giveaways. Deal with him. 16. If a member says "I'm not here for the money," they're 100% here for the money. 17. Purge regularly. A smaller engaged community beats a large dead one every time. 18. The person who types the most in general chat is either your MVP or needs to go outside. Sometimes both. 19. The moment someone says "this community is like family", congrats, you made it. Or they're about to ask for a loan ... 20. Document everything, onboarding, rules, culture, SOPs, to save your time later. 21. Celebrate wins publicly, handle problems privately.

[Alpha GEMS] A community into which each of the participants puts their soul I found out about Alpha GEMS (@0xAlphaGEMs) a couple of days ago, maybe I had come across them before, but for some reason I must have thought that it was just an NFT project, good thing that now I figured everything out This community originated in 2021 and you can see how they grew stronger with each year and carried through the ideals that were born back then. Of course, it makes you want to immerse yourself in this atmosphere Without a community it is very hard, and with it you become incredibly strong, and the most valuable thing is that you simply feel a sense of belonging with people, you see how they are happy for you if you achieved success or support you when something went wrong I am not very active in communities, I am only in 2 - 1 is Mad Lads (@MadLads) - they helped me get started on Twitter, supported me, there I learned what cool people there can be in CT, 2 is a group on Telegram that @x_max_forward put together, it has a cool atmosphere and you can joke about how we have all gone crazy over agents and how cool Tibbir (@ribbita2012) is. And in my opinion the natural development would be to find those who would understand me and also strive to develop specifically on Twitter, share my interests, and considering that I know people from Alpha GEMS I think that this is the right place - they will let us out, that is for sure (a phrase from Morrowind) So, my application: Valhist is a character from my game The right way, he is a merciless killer, the most evil creature that probably can exist.
