The God Pull is a bit of a playground for me to design an ecosystem with the collector at the centre, knitting together various available tools that didn’t exist years ago. We will put much-debated theories of alignment and collector motivation to the test, and see if a community can thrive without the pursuit of ‘retail’ and instead catering to the existing crypto participant. I believe it can. I think this can represent a different approach to digital collectibles and the experience that surrounds it/fuels curation. Let’s see.

One challenge we faced while scaling @0xAlphaGEMs collabs was coordination. When you have +10 CMs and helpers working at the same time, things can get messy fast. - The same project can get DM-ed twice - Nobody knows who owns which conversation - Spots, requirements, wallets, mint dates - and reminders can get scattered across chats So we built a cleaner workflow inside Discord: 1. CMs can check if a project has already been contacted 2. Track who owns the collab 3. Update the status 4. Record spots and requirements 5. Collect wallets 6. Submit sheets 7. Sync mint dates 8. and remind winners. Less confusion. Cleaner handoffs. Better experience for projects and GEMS. Good brainstorming with @tulipxbt and the CM team. When a problem keeps repeating, you build a system people can follow. More systems and processes are coming for GEMs 💎
