A tragic farewell for 3-year-old Yahya Al-Malahi from Gaza City. Just one hour after taking a commemorative photo with his father in preparation for a wedding, the toddler was killed in an Israeli strike that targeted a police vehicle on Nafaq Street. Yahya, who had carefully chosen his new clothes for the celebration, died while still wearing them, becoming one of several victims in the latest surge of Israeli crimes in the enclave.

This afternoon the young man seen running from the vehicle received a call from the Israeli army telling him he could die alone or die with his family in the car. He ran from the vehicle into a field and was struck and killed by an Israeli drone. This is not the first time that the Israeli army has used this tactic. It is pure barbarism. Abject terrorism.

‼️🇪🇺 The EU's new Age Verification app was hacked with little to no effort. When you set it up, the app asks you to create a PIN. But that PIN isn't actually tied to the identity data it's supposed to protect. An attacker can delete a couple of entries from a file on the phone, restart the app, pick a new PIN, and the app happily hands over the original user's verified identity credentials as if nothing happened. It gets worse. The app's "too many attempts" lockout is just a counter in a text file. Reset it to 0 and keep guessing. The biometric check (face/fingerprint) is a simple on/off switch in the same file. Flip it to off and the app skips it entirely.
