Through practice and discipline! And absolutely anyone can with proper Vedic training. Doesn’t even take a lot of training, really depends on the level of mastery you want. We already participate in shaping reality every second of our existence, both locally and globally, we just do it subconsciously. But, by sharpening our perception, and learning to work with the medium directly, we can learn to do this consciously and with crazy precision. But it doesn’t happen by waving hands in the air; it happens by engaging all the systems within the body and channeling all the elementals in the ether. But here you are telling people they are directly effecting water and air molecules with untrained hand gestures. “Mind over matter” or “I want to believe” is bogus frameworks in comparison to the Vedic science. Post something more in depth so people can walk away with actual practice and not just spectacle!

@MiddleWayApp I might be wailin but if u look at the sun when its behind these fake clouds it will legitimately get brighter and cause them to fade/become transparent. Done it multiple times since I was a teenager.
