As of right now we have no resolution. Every mother i know nowadays under 50 had children in her 30s. It's extremely normal. You act like women in their 30s are menopausal.

This ignores basic biology and pretends men and women age the same way. Women face fertility decline after 30 while men maintain reproductive value much longer. Calling out the reality is not hate it is honesty. Stop demanding equal standards where none exist.

@GirlyScouts @TheEmpressTiff @NAllison89 But they don't. All available science shows us that the main factor in pregnancy success/genetic health is determined by the age of the mother and her eggs. Not the father or his sperm. Why are you so angry about this? I'm not "getting one over" on women by saying this.

The medical consensus is that the primary factor in pregnancy success/genetic health is overwhelmingly the quality of the eggs (determined by the age of the mother), not the age of the father/sperm. I don't understand what you're having difficulty with.

The overwhelming factor for pregnancy success/genetic health will always be quality of the eggs (determined by age of the mother).

@jemimajones68 @Ashketchup1423 @NAllison89 Negligible, since females in their late teens/early 20s have the best quality eggs they will ever produce. That leads to lower birth defects, easier conceptions, healthier pregnancies, etc. You can't get around that, there are risks sure, but 18-23 will always be most optimal.

You can definitely have them from 24-30, but the most optimal age range dictated by biology and mother nature is 18-23. That is when it's best for her and her kids.

Which if 18-23 really was prime wouldn't be the case. 25-35 is safer for the woman. And she is more likely to get pregnant in these years too.

Biological consensus agrees on that. If you're going to have kids that's the time to do it. 25-30 is possible, but 18-23 is best.

The incidence appears higher in high income although that's because of better maternity care.And teenage girls about twice as likely to develop it than women aged between 25 and 20 are.

You do you but anyone else reading this should know the truth. If a woman wants kids it's best to have all of them by the time she's 25.

@MikeRotch97906 @Ashketchup1423 @NAllison89 Look at the study I linked. It's age 25 to 30 when statistically a woman is most likely to be pregnant after 6 to 12 months of trying. And aged 18 to 25 her chances of pre eclampsia are at least 58% greater than after the age of 25. More like 100% aged 18.
