Something funny about this take is that there's a voice in V's head the entire time telling you that corps are awful yet this person somehow formulates something so opposite of the message.

The lesson wasn't "Secure Your Soul" is bad. The lesson was "don't steal from the biggest, most powerful corporation on the planet because a prostitute offered you money". V is just lucky the Relic wasn't the centrepiece of Yorinobu's plans, or he wouldn't have made it to Dex.
