I post with AMAZING news. After 4 months in the general hospital post suicide attempt, I’ve been accepted into rehab! Next week I’ll be moving to a rehabilitation unit in Essex, right by the beautiful coast. I’m scared to move 4.5 hours away from home, leaving family and friends behind. But, this is a chance for a fresh start. After 4 years in hospitals I feel like I’m finally being presented with a chance to reclaim my life. The MDT were truly brilliant, and had my in tears with how positive they were about my future. I cannot wait to work with the team. My accident has undoubtedly been the biggest thing I’ve ever gone through. I’ve been left unable to walk and needing a wheelchair. It has however been a wake up call. I couldn’t continue my cycle of self harm. I want and need a different future. I’m lucky to be alive and need to grab my second chance with both hands! Life maybe won’t ever look the same for me again, but that’s ok. It is time to rewrite my story and build the life I want to be living however that may look. So here is to the future! Thank you to everyone who has stood by me through the rocky times. I couldn’t be more grateful ❤️

Whilst I genuinely enjoyed tonight's installment but did anyone else feel like they'd missed an episode? We end with Debbie in prison on Friday & open tonight's with her on the swings. I notice this happens regularly, is this due to the 30 min episodes or just bad writing?#Corrie

I am deeply relieved we have a cautious, pragmatic PM in office in these tumultuous times and I think it dangerous and ridiculous to expect him to do anything other than monitor an evolving situation before making a move that could , indeed would put British lives in the line of fire. Can we just let him do his job please…

I'm fed up of my MH support workers... big time! The ward are deliberately sending bank/ agency workers who i have never met before. Some days i have all male staff in a confined room whilst my bowels are incontinent. They don't introduce themselves and sit staring at me for 3 hours. It is so uncomfortable. The other day i had a lady stand up and use my charger, listen to videos outloud whilst sending voice notes in another language. I've had staff open my windows in the middle of the night, waking me up from the cold. Staff talking to each other loudly at the early hours during their swap overs. I know I'm venting into a void right now, but at at the end of my patience 😤

Well after 3 weeks of not emptying my bowels, they are no longer making a sound. I can't keep fluids or food down. So, I'm about to have an NG tube fitted for drainage and am nil by mouth. Slightly scary times, so please do send your love 💓

It’s with a heavy heart that I’m writing this, I really don’t know what to write apart from our beautiful daughter Kelsie passed away this morning, I’m absolutely heartbroken and don’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings by writing this but I need to let everyone know so I can hide away for a couple of days. RIP and finally breathe easy my little girl. #cysticfibrosis

A fellow patient got hold of my self soothe box and broke all my favourite items. I know in the grand scheme of things there's bigger things to worry about but I'm kind of really upset. Some held so many memories and had got me through some really difficult times

When I first started working as a teacher, I had the following: No computers No photocopier No PPA. No TA. Had to create my own resources. I had a blackboard, which you could put all your lessons on. Always pushing the only TV from the AV room to my classroom

My Dad died 3 weeks ago. Just because we knew it was coming everyone seems To think I should be ok and over it as “he’s not suffering anymore and you knew he was end of life”…. Well I wasn’t ready and I am not ok and I’m not over it
