definitely , what hass been getting me are just over use strains and plantar fasciitis , which can both be overcome by stretching /strengthening more . I personally hate stretching , but now I have to do deep warm ups and stretches before doing literally anything,😂 . just have to come to terms that i cant just get up and go anymore 😂
