@moen not providing a physical install guide for a faucet, then when I try to scan the QR code for install instructions the page is down for maintenance. I'm not sure how you guys don't drown when it rains

@moen disappointed that you’re up to 75% off, is not really 75% off, it’s very misleading, and adds up to no discount at all, it’s false advertising. Was a Moen customer for 23 years, no longer a customer.

@jeffwilcox Hello Jeff. Your Flo device can be linked to 1 account at this time. Another person would need to log in with your credentials, which will allow them to access the account from multiple devices simultaneously and will get the same view and push notifications.

@moen we’ve moved from the older Flo app to the new one you have. I can’t find a way to invite someone else to the home to also get notifications and alerts related to the sensors. Does the system not support multiple users?

If you were thinking of buying a @Moen faucet (specifically kitchen) don't do it! 3 faucets in 13 months & thousands in damages to our kitchen & they will say damage isn't part of their warranty. You'd think a faucet is supposed to hold water, not leak in your cabinets ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

@moen Moen is running scam by issuing fake discount coupons it happened to me when they sent me a code for 75% off and when I tried to copy paste the code it didn’t work the only way you can access is by clicking on the code link and prices were exactly same as regular ALERT.

@moen My new moen 87014EW delivered with a damaged connector box 169155. The water lines are a bit crushed and will not seat properly against the mounts on the wall, causing a leak. I need a new connector box 169155. Customer service keeps sending the wrong parts. Can you help?

@moen The product I am referring to is Moen Flo. Pretty simple fantastic device but susceptible to user error which can damage the internal gears. Undo 4 screws and gears are exposed and super easy to switch out yet Moen won’t sell the gears?? So landfill for the entire unit??
