@moen The product I am referring to is Moen Flo. Pretty simple fantastic device but susceptible to user error which can damage the internal gears. Undo 4 screws and gears are exposed and super easy to switch out yet Moen won’t sell the gears?? So landfill for the entire unit??

Very disappointed in @moen for not making their products serviceable. We need to do our part for the #environment #environmental and stop things from becoming #waste #garbage because one small part needs to be replaced. Do better #moen

@ScottNations Hello Scott. You can use the AC Adapter, part # 169031 can be used instead of batteries.

@moen Their "Lifetime" warranty is a scam. Not only do you need the original receipt, you have to be the original home owner. So we bought a house, had TERRIBLE leaking from Moen product, cause serious damage, cost $$$$$. They said it's your problem. Don't waste your time

@moen this is the worst faucet I have ever purchased, comes on randomly, changed power supply and still always have issues. Such a headache 😔 for a supposedly good and trusted brand

@moen After many many years of being a Moen customer we are ending our relationship with the brand. Sad that they care more about their failing products than the customer that buy them.
