Emerging from rafting in the Grand Canyon. It was so nice to leave all daily routines/habits behind and practice presence. Rowed my first class 5, fell out in 49 degree water, was cold and was hot. All of it incredible for the soul. Turning off the external world-priceless!

To the river I must go loose my mind and find my soul. Colorado here I come.
