A super exciting moment in my career! I can’t believe I have been selected to review curriculum for Primary students in NS. 👩🏻‍🏫

Tucker was the winner with 105 votes in total!

The @rcmpgrcpolice are conducting a “Name the Puppy” contest. My Primary students have come up with 8 names and invited the whole school to vote on their favourite. The data will guide primary math instruction and will also be given to an older grade to graph! @TCRCE_NS

Tonight at my school’s Open House a parent of a student in my class said, “Wow. You are so easy to talk to that even I feel safe here. It makes me feel safe for my child.” Everyone needs a safe space— families and students. I’m unbelievably happy I get to provide that. ❤️

Today is the day we welcome students into our classrooms. Happy first day of school, TCRCE. I am extremely happy the day has finally come! 🍎👩🏻‍🏫

There are officially 7 more days until school and I can’t sleep because I am so excited. I adore my job ❤️

Typical Kindergarten teacher Sunday (switching classrooms): 1. Clean Littlest Pet Shops 2. Throw out books from 1956 3. Pry hardened Play-Doh from Mr. Potato Head 3. Throw out books from 1956 4. Put labels on bins and shelves. So. Many. Labels 5. Throw out books from 1956

I have never cried so hard leaving ICS. From attending as a little girl to now, as an adult, I can confirm that place truly is magical. It never lost its charm and I’m so thankful to have been a part of creating that magic for the babies in that building #ClipperForever ♥️🤍
