Meet Brianna! Brianna is a senior Sociologu major from Hainesport, N.J. She has a concentration in Social Justice and a minor in Pre-Law. Her preferred pronouns are she/her/hers. Her favorite song is ‘Nobody’s Perfect’ by J Cole ft. Missy Elliott.

Meet Tia! Tia is a junior Communication major from Fayetteville, N.C.. Her preferred pronouns are she/her/hers. Her favorite quote is “Love can change the world in a moment...” by Ed Sheeran.

Meet Zoe! Zoe is a junior Marine Science major from Kailua, Hi. Her preferred pronouns are she/her/hers. She wanted to become an Orientation Leader to welcome new students, be a resource and friend, and to share her love for Coastal. Zoe will CCU in the Fall!

Meet Maggie! Maggie is a senior Early Childhood Education major from Acworth, Ga. Her preferred pronouns are she/her/hers. The number one thing on her bucket list is to travel to all 50 states. She’s so happy to welcome new Chants to CCU!

Meet Rachel! Rachel is a sophomore Health Communication major from Conway, S.C. with a minor in History. Her preferred pronouns are she/her/hers. As a child, she wanted to be a pediatrician when she got older. She’s so happy to welcome new Chants to CCU!

Meet Sha-Nya, also known as Purps! Purps is a junior Communication major from Orangeburg, S.C. with a minor is Hospitality, Resort, and Tourism Management. Her preferred pronouns are she/her/hers. When she was a child, she wanted to be a teacher.

Meet Diamond! Diamond is a senior Music Education major from Columbia, S.C. Her preferred pronouns are she/her/hers. The best piece of advice that she has received is “No one is you and that is your power.”

Meet Liz! Liz is a sophomore Marine Science and Anthropology & Geology double major from Claysburg, Pa. Her preferred pronouns are she/her/hers. Her favorite quote is “People change people,” and her favorite Coastal tradition is OK Day.

Meet Jimmie! Jimmie is a senior Interdisciplinary Studies major from Lancaster, S.C. His preferred pronouns are he/him/his. His favorite song is anything by Beyoncé and if he could travel back in time, he’d go to the 70s. Jimmie is excited to meet all the new students!

Meet Matthew! Matthew is a senior Elementary Education major from Swansea, S.C. His preferred pronouns are he/him/his. If he could act in any movie in his life, it would be in High School Musical as Sharpay Evans.
