Status update: Some users are facing stale workspace billing information and highly recommend to hard refresh or clear the device cache.

We're still monitoring as would recommend to re-log in and hard refresh(Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R) the workspace for the plan sync.

Paid plans are being downgraded via workspaces. We're currently investigating workspaces where paid plans got downgraded. Please hard refresh(Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R) the workspace in the meantime.

We’re investigating an issue where HEIC images may fail to load in Notion. We’ve identified the likely cause and are working on a fix now. We’ll share updates as we have them.

A number of users may have experienced slowness or 429 errors. This has now been resolved.

Resolved – Delays in recurring Custom Agent triggers The issue causing delays in recurring Custom Agent triggers has been fully resolved. All systems are operating as expected, and the backlog has been cleared.

We identified and fixed the issue. We are working through the backlog now, and you will see respective runs completing with a delay.

We are currently investigating an issue affecting recurring Custom Agent triggers. Users may experience delays with recurring Custom Agent triggers. Our engineering team is actively investigating the root cause and working to restore normal performance. We will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.

This incident is now resolved.

Notion is currently experiencing a delay in SIEM (security webhook) event processing. Events will be emitted with no loss, but may be further in the past than normal (ie. greater than 5 minutes).

The system is beginning to recover and we will update when it has fully caught back up.
