Gaithersburg, MD: Montgomery County PD just dropped body cam footage of an officer-involved shooting in Montgomery Village. 27-year-old Andre Duvall of Germantown was charged with attempted first-degree murder and a list of other offenses. He’s being held without bond. No officers were injured. You know all these body cam vids are being released so the mother can't say "He was a good boy and didn't do anything wrong" and get away with it.
