I wouldn’t even mind a verbal recognition on the amount of stress I’ve been through making sure they reach their quota. Not even that I receive.

If your job doesn’t pay more than $35/ hour never give them 100% of your time. You will be stuck making $20ish, doing more work while the new people you trained get rewarded in the first 3 months they started working. I’ve been working for this company for YEARS and got nothing.
