Nude Tantra I'd love to work with you if you are considering Viagra but want to rather try optimising your body first: *Improve your breathing for better blood flow *Learn techniques to better engage groin muscles *Practice guided meditation that gives you control over your body

Why practice tantra? Because it is about freedom & the relationship you have with your internal energy Tantra is not inherently sexual, though my classes do focus on improving erection quality, hands free masturbation, full body orgasm & techniques for better partner experiences

The closest thing we have to a fountain of youth is weight training. Every decade after 30 you lose 3-8% of muscle mass. This rate accelerates after 60. While everyone thinks muscle is for looking great naked it’s really metabolic armor. It regulates blood sugar while protecting your joints and bone density. The coolest part? Muscles pump out these things called myokines. These are molecules you release during strength training that have been shown to reduce inflammation, slow cellular aging and improve brain function. One of those myokines is called irisin. It crosses the blood brain barrier and has been shown to protect against cognitive decline. Your muscles are literally sending medicine to your brain every time your lift. This is on top of keeping you functional, your skin healthy, and being more good looking. If you’re looking for the fountain of youth look no further than the weight room section of the gym.

Most people think aging = decline. This study says otherwise. 👀 Over 4 years, researchers tracked older adults and found a powerful pattern: • Yes, muscle and quality of life tend to decline with age • But people who improved strength, muscle mass, or mobility saw real gains in how they felt • Better physical performance had the strongest impact on quality of life • Stronger grip and higher muscle mass also made a measurable difference • Improvements showed up across multiple areas of daily living 333 older adults, tracked annually using a sarcopenia-specific quality of life tool (SarQoL) Aging is not just a slow decline. It is a process you can actively shape. Even small gains in strength and movement can translate into a better life. The body changes with age. But how well you live in it is still in your hands.

"The clock starts now." This was the phrase I told myself when I decided to take my life seriously. When I turned 30, I knew that I had wasted (statistically) most of my life and promised I wouldn't waste the next 30. Since then, I've learned skills and made friends that I wouldn't have otherwise. I've built things and worked with some awesome people. I'm glad I went for it. More people would hit (and maybe even realize)their goals if they simply stopped playing around and went for it. You find out later that the time was always running. You only just saw the clock and how long it's been there for the first time.
