Congratulations to David Hawkins, NACAC’s Chief Education and Policy Officer, for being honored with the Jack Blackburn Award. @NACAC And the counselor of the year award was awarded to Kathleen Martin, the Director of College Guidance at Wilmington Friends School.

Lunch: In addition to the passing of the baton from Ann Marie Strauss to Rosemary Martin Edwards, we had many award winners recognized! Thank you, Anne Marie, for your amazing leadership this past year!

Opening dinner: PCACAC President Anne Marie Strauss welcomed a musical introduction to the Harriet Tubman Museum and our keynote speaker, Mr. David Hawkins.
