Racism is not something we are born with; it’s a behavior that we learn through social conditioning, environmental observations, and cultural influences. From a young age, children pick up on biases, stereotypes, and nonverbal cues from their families, the media, and their peers. These factors are crucial in developing prejudiced viewpoints, which can be reinforced by personal experiences and social acceptance. Additionally, Black individuals may internalize the racist ideas prevalent in the predominantly white societal systems surrounding them. This often leads to the psychological absorption of negative stereotypes and a sense of devaluation, commonly associated with systemic racism. This phenomenon can result in what is known as double consciousness, where Black individuals start perceiving themselves through the lens of white society. This aspect of identity feels especially relevant in today’s divided culture. I have created many videos addressing the issues and solutions related to the dysfunctional culture we continue to uphold.@KyrieIrving @lmauricecpr @BET @TPstudios @AttorneyGriggs @sherylunderwood #NAACP

The criminalization of Black individuals within mainstream culture is rooted in a longstanding legacy of historical practices aimed at maintaining social and economic control. This systemic marginalization is perpetuated by widespread media stereotypes, disparities in policing and sentencing, and the lasting effects of historical socioeconomic disadvantages. @AttorneyGriggs @lmauricecpr @KyrieIrving @TPstudios #NAACP

@PTNickB @SeeRacists The problem is blacks don’t know how to behave or conduct themselves properly in society. Everyone sees it. This is why you all have so many issues.

🚨 North Carolina deputy pepper-sprays truck driver directly in the eyes at close range just for asking if he could enter a courtroom. 39-year-old Don D. Long II went to the Northampton County Courthouse in Jackson and asked a simple question: whether he was allowed inside the courtroom. According to his attorneys, Long was not running, threatening anyone, or causing any disturbance. That’s when Deputy Gregory Colson sprayed him directly in the face with pepper spray at close range. Long’s legal team says the spray caused permanent eye damage and ongoing vision problems. They’ve now released video of the incident and sent notice that they plan to sue the deputy, the sheriff, and county officials for excessive force. A man went to a courthouse to handle legal matters and walked out with lasting eye damage after asking one question. Video of the encounter is now public. How does a simple request to enter a courtroom justify being pepper-sprayed in the face at close range? And what kind of training or oversight allows this kind of force to be used so quickly on someone who wasn’t being aggressive? Should Deputy Gregory Colson be fired if the video confirms Long was only asking a question, or should officials wait for the full investigation?

There's a significant difference in how Black and white individuals experience policing in this country. The legacy of the segregation era continues to impact the lives of Black people, leading to ongoing over-policing. Tragically, it is often young lives that are lost due to entrenched mindsets and profiles that result in disproportionate responses. @AttorneyGriggs @BET @lmauricecpr @KyrieIrving @TPstudios @dpartland

The people justifying Chud the Builder’s use of lethal force in reaction to a physical attack are the same racists who are demonizing Karmelo Anthony because he’s Black.

@PTNickB @atrupar @lmauricecpr He rages, he rants, he name calls. This is a Trump tactic turned in to strategy. Trump knows exactly what he's doing. He telegraphs his intention by blaming others first. My question is WHY does #MSM media chase him around when they know what kind of b.s. is coming.

WOW -- Trump crashes out and cuts his interview with Welker short as she presses him on his lack of evidence for claiming elections are rigged "You're either crooked or you're stupid. Let's call it quits. Because I've had enough. Thank you darling," he tells her." "I traveled all the way to Wisconsin for this interview," she pleads.

Early voting for Georgia's June 16 runoff election begins this week. Eligible voters can cast their ballots during the advance voting period before Election Day. Check your county's voting locations and hours, review your ballot, and make a plan if you intend to participate in the election process. Early voting for most counties runs June 8–12, with some counties offering additional dates and locations. #Georgia #gapol #Election
