@crowsnest19015 @Mrs_DeHaven @ParksideES Yes! But it’s part of a national project, too. They prepare a list each year that features recent titles that center around a theme. The books are all so diverse, it’s wonderful! We order them for our library, and then circulate them through classrooms for teacher read alouds.

@crowsnest19015 @Mrs_DeHaven @ParksideES We had just found out the titles moving on to the “Elite Eight” when schools closed. They paused the nation-wide voting for a time, and then continued. When I was finally able to go to school this week, I saw the classroom brackets on my desk and wanted to see how they did!
