Bull!! President can appoint whoever he wants...despite JSC reports. He has overriding authority. In 2002 CR appointed Zondo as Chief Justice despite JSC having recommended Mandisa Maya for position. Zondo was #3. Yet President went against JSC 🧑🦽🧑🦽

The President is merely formally appointing the judge recommended by the JSC. President has no say in who is appointed to positions on the High Court. He is bound by the JSC recommendation.

Absolutely I agree with your sentiments but we must address the issue of crime - cross border human trafficking, drugs, kidnappings etc. we cannot open our borders unless this matter is resolved. Reduce crimes in your country, only then can we open the borders!!
