@ChadLavenderMD We have promoted early mobs and ROM for years without augmentation. I’m not sure what it adds. In fact, the ACL is NOT isometric, so that suture augment is only effective in the ROM you place it. Unless your patient only mobilize in that ROM, the augment has no merit. IMO

I think many people have a disconnect when talking about “mentorship”. It is not a one way relationship and we are not going to unilaterally open doors for you… we will show you how to find the door but you still have to open it yourself
