Have you literally lost your mind before?
Can't recall 5min ago, don't know how to live your day, don't know what you've done yesterday or week ago, etc.
Not a flook. Not just like everyone has once in a while.
Like you wake up & don't even know you're scheduled for work that day, what day of week or even the date let alone what month it is.
Go grocery shopping. But don't remember when hungry you even have food in the refrigerator. Or what needs cooked before it goes bad.
All this because of trauma.
Just some PTSD symptoms of the brain.
We won't even get into physical symptoms.
