PinkWallet Account & Account Opening Fee Structure Adjustment Announcement (Effective February 26, 2026)
To further enhance the flexibility, transparency, and overall user experience of our account system, PinkWallet will implement unified adjustments to the bank account opening fee structure and same-currency account quantity rules, effective February 26, 2026 (Wednesday).
I. Account Opening Fee Structure Adjustment (Priced by Currency)
Previous Fee Structure (Old Plan)
Account Opening Fee: 125 USD
Annual Fee: 20 USD
Total: 145 USD
Adjusted Fee Structure (New Plan)
🇺🇸 USD Account: 80 USD
🇪🇺 EUR Account: 20 USD
🇬🇧 GBP Account: 20 USD
Annual Fee: 20 USD per account (unchanged)
Fee Examples
• Opening a USD account only:
80 USD + 20 USD = 100 USD
(45 USD lower compared to the previous total of 145 USD)
• Opening multiple currency accounts:
Fees are calculated separately based on the selected currency accounts.
Accounts may be flexibly combined with a clearer and more transparent pricing structure.
II. Adjustment to Same-Currency Account Quantity Rules
To further improve system stability, effective February 26, 2026:
1. One Account per Currency per User
- Each user may maintain only one account per currency.
- New account creation will strictly follow the “one currency, one account” rule. If an account of the same currency already exists, additional accounts will not be permitted.
2. Existing Users with Multiple Accounts in the Same Currency
- Existing multiple accounts under the same currency will remain active and fully functional.
- No accounts will be closed or reclaimed.
- Each account will continue to be charged the original annual fee of 20 USD per year, calculated from the account creation date.
- There will be no increase in annual fees and no additional charges.Users are encouraged to close unused accounts to maintain a streamlined account structure.
III. Scope of Application
1. Accounts completed before or on the date of this announcement (February 23, 2026, inclusive) will continue to enjoy the previous policy, including the existing benefit of up to 20 currency accounts under one profile. The new fee structure will not apply.
2. Applications submitted after the announcement date (after February 23, 2026) will follow the new account opening fee structure and the “one currency, one account” rule. Currency accounts may be selected based on actual needs, with a more flexible and transparent pricing model.
3. During the period between this announcement and the official fee update on the website, if payment is made under the previous pricing structure, PinkWallet will proactively refund the price difference to ensure that account holders’ rights and interests are not affected.
