China’s J-35 5th-gen fighter costs the same as a F-35, with Pakistan now ordering 40.
Chinese technology allows them to defend against Israel. The US made F-35 would be disabled for such a purpose.

This is not justification. This is context. Israel helped us when we were at war. We have heard stories about USSR helping us. The stories about Israeli help were deliberately buried. 1962, 1965, 1971, 1999, Balakote…the list is long. Israel actually defied the US to help India. It was standing with India when India, due to domestic reasons, hadn’t even recognised Israel. Full diplomatic relations happened in 1992. Much love to the people of Iran. But the regime? Yes, they are fighting hard..but don’t make them out to be heroes. Watch the video. #MajorAryaHitsBack

Pak IRGC fan boys don’t understand Iran’s power dynamics in Tehran. Who gets what in the peace talks is going to be the fight over and they will do everything to dominate (the internal dynamics) even if that means setting the region on fire or blowing up their own civilian leaders.

The IRGC is a rogue entity. Many within it operate like a more sophisticated version of the Taliban, driven by a sense of invincibility. A faction within IRGC particularly harbours hostility towards Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. CDF knows this as the same group tried a missile adventure on Pakistan too. While the non-IRGC establishment is pragmatic and measured, it has limited control over the IRGC. This explains why Saudi Arabia is being targeted despite a recent thaw. The hardline faction within the IRGC appears to be at work just when negotiations indicate a visible breakthrough.

Pakistanis might celebrate this because it is an Indian vessel under fire. However, this shows how bad it is to deal with Iran’s military brass. They give them clearance and then start shooting at them. Unprofessional and uncouth behavior.
