DNS records are like relationships: One small misconfiguration ruins everything. Your SPF record has a typo - all emails bounce. Your DKIM breaks - straight to spam. Client got a "not interested" reply. Most people delete it and move on. They replied: "No worries! Quick question: what would need to change about our approach for it to be relevant?" Got a 3-paragraph response explaining their exact needs. Booked a call the next week. "No" often means "not like this" or "not right now." Rarely means "never ask me anything again." Your follow-up to rejection might be more valuable than your original pitch. Keep that in mind.
