I waited 30+ years to access my retirement money. @Principal is delaying a $70,000 401(k) transfer I requested on Dec 1.I was told the funds would arrive by Jan 1.On Jan 2, I was told the process won’t even start until Jan 16. Here’s yet another example of large financial institutions taking advantage of everyday people, with no real accountability. Meanwhile, they continue to benefit from holding my money. @CFPB @FINRA

@Principal_Help When will you be fixing the 401k website. Every time I try to request a qualifying withdrawal, it errors out and doesn’t let me select a cost of event causing hardship. I was on with support over 45 minutes last week too. This is unacceptable.
