@EA my account was just banned for violating user agreements. When I turned my ps4 on to play Chel on NHL23 I saw this ban. It says my platform is a PC. I do not own or play on a PC I play on a PS4. This ban is not correct. I have sent two emails asking for it to be fixed. 😑

@EA cannot dispute ban. Was banned after I canceled EA Play subscription and had not played an EA game. So I was banned for canceling. Started subscription back up today and can't play games fix or refund.
