We are seeking a traditional publisher, or even an agent, at the moment but I wouldn't mind self publishing. I love the work from Kids Can Press, Bloomsbury Children’s Books, Simon & Schuster, and Chronicle Books.

What's the best way to pitch your book idea to a publisher?

@polina_marinova Anyone have any tips for pitching children's book? My hubs @ProfRyanRussell wrote/ illustrated a kids' book that is so unique - you read the story about a girl & her shadow, then flip the book at the end to read from the shadows' point of view You get both "mirror" & "window"!

Question from a student recently: "Where do you look for inspiration?" Answer: I've never actively searched for inspiration. Ex. I recently happened upon an interview with Renato Cascaro (incredible film poster artist). Inspiration happens when you aren't actively looking for it.
