It was a steep learning curve, but I've had a successful 1st year with @AETAcademies @GW_Academy as HOD. I found out on the last day of term that I was nominated for a @ProjectHUK #ModellingMindsets award for best evidence based strategy. Lovely surprise going into the holidays!
